Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Products must be free from stains, odors, damage or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is faulty
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Crown District EU is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank
